I believe we are created for relationship where we are not only seen, heard, and known, but also loved, cherished, and healed. I accompany women at many different life stages who are experiencing grief, trauma, or are interested in deeper personal exploration and healing. You were not created to carry it all alone.

Services
I offer in person counseling to women and also couples in Overland Park, Kansas as well as the greater state of Kansas through Telehealth. As a follower of Jesus, I am passionate about offering a protected and nurturing space for my clients experiencing loneliness, grief and loss, abuse,
neglect, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, anxiety, depression, relational distress, attachment wounds and more. Maybe you don't know what you need, but you desperately want change, you are welcome here too!
